Champions Residence This home makes a statement with its’ vaulted ceilings, rich oak paneling, and multi-level floor plan. With a grand walk-up entrance, this home calls for an elaborate scene when you enter. High above the foyer, hangs grand wrought-iron chandeliers, setting the tone for old-world design and classical elements. We created a highly custom and tailored look with the use of a velvet Tuxedo sofa adorned with nail head trim and large tassels. An oversized custom ottoman grounds the space while terracotta-colored club chairs and a pair of high back Italian armchairs add interest. Finishing touches include classic silk drapes hanging on hand forged and painted iron hardware, and decorative throw pillows. The powder room is nothing less than a jewel box. Custom faux-finishing creates rich texture in shades of blue and bronze. A limestone countertop topped by a vessel sink adds to the old-world finishes seen throughout the home. The dining room follows the faux-finished design but incorporates a warm tone on the walls and a deep bronze treatment on the tin ceiling. This home is inviting and luxurious all in one neatly wrapped package.
